LEDEOSKA App

LEDEOSKA is the name of the software application used to control our public lighting fixtures. It runs on Android and can be installed on your smartphone or PC. Therefore, you do not need a separate phone or tablet. As part of your purchase, you will receive the app/software along with installation and user instructions. It’s important to know that the LEDEOSKA app can be used to adjust and control streetlights installed on or after January 1, 2025. These streetlights contain a driver with a Bluetooth module.

Using the LEDEOSKA app, you can conveniently connect to a specific streetlight—no need to climb a ladder! Within the Bluetooth signal range—which is approximately 10–15 meters under optimal conditions—you can connect without any trouble. Technically skilled users can change the light fixture’s basic settings themselves, such as brightness and on/off times, or view current data about the fixture. This allows you to respond immediately to any reports from residents—for example, if a specific light isn’t working at all or is too bright (you can dim it). At the same time, you can retrieve and send us the “service log,” which contains complete technical data about the light fixture. Based on this information, we can identify any potential issues and propose a solution (e.g., replacing the battery or adjusting the lighting settings).

LEDEOSKA is a great tool for mayors, technical service staff, and—on the other side—our company and technicians.

MAPPING function

The mapping feature is our proprietary technology that effectively manages lighting in situations where a large number of lights are arranged in a row. Thanks to a Bluetooth module, mapping enables communication between the lights regarding the movement of objects (i.e., people, animals, cars). As a result, the lights are on only for as long as absolutely necessary and only in the area where the object is moving. The ideal locations for using mapping are tree-lined avenues, bike paths, long sidewalks, or parking lots. The technology has a maximum range of 60 m, and the maximum number of directly adjacent lights is 8. Mapping is configured and controlled via user software, allowing the mayor or an authorized person to change settings remotely. Another advantage is that our company’s technicians can adjust and read data remotely, without needing to be physically present at the lights. Mapping works with both solar-powered and conventional 230 V lights.

OPTIMIZATION of lighting parameters

This service involves the optimization of solar streetlights, a specialized process aimed at adjusting the light fixture’s parameters so that it achieves maximum and stable performance throughout the year. The process takes into account the technical capabilities of the specific light (solar panel output, color rendering, etc.), local climatic conditions (orientation relative to the sun, degree of shading, etc.), customer requirements, and the dynamics of the surrounding environment. The technician performs the following:

  1. Site analysis—assessment of climatic conditions (sunlight, temperature extremes, seasonal changes). Evaluation of the solar panel’s orientation and tilt in relation to shading caused by terrain, vegetation, and surrounding structures. Determination of solar energy availability during the winter months and limitations imposed by geographic location. Traffic intensity measurement—movement of people and vehicles, peak operating hours.
  2. Technical evaluation of the lighting fixture—analysis of battery capacity, panel output, and light output. Assessment of the energy balance across different seasons. Verification of the compatibility of the customer’s requirements with the fixture’s actual capabilities.
  3. Setting operational parameters—optimizing light output and lighting modes. Configuring energy-saving modes to ensure year-round operation without outages. Configuring motion sensors (sensitivity, range, response time, intelligent control). Setting fade-in, fade-out, dimming, and night mode times.
  4. Accounting for the movement of people and vehicles—adjusting lighting profiles based on movement frequency. Optimizing motion response in relation to energy savings and adjusting light output and optics to minimize light pollution.
  5. Accounting for customer requirements—clarifying requirements and ensuring they align with the luminaire’s actual technical capabilities.
  6. Functionality verification—testing settings, monitoring performance, fine-tuning parameters, and providing the customer with documentation of the results.
It is important not to underestimate the importance of optimizing streetlights, as each individual streetlight often faces unique local conditions that affect the quality of illumination. This can result in streetlights that dazzle pedestrians and drivers, inappropriate light shining into the windows of homes, or malfunction due to incorrect orientation of the solar panel relative to the sun.

SERVICE agreement

As our customers, you have the option to enter into a service contract with us. The purpose of the contract is to ensure regular service, maintenance, and technical support for our flagship product—solar street lighting. Our regular service visits primarily include checking the functionality of the equipment, cleaning the solar panels and optical components, diagnosing and replacing defective components (e.g., batteries, LEDs, control units, compressors), updating software when applicable, and providing technical consultation on new or additional services. At the same time, the contract guarantees priority handling of reported urgent malfunctions.

  • The service contract applies only to our company’s products under the LEDEOS brand,
  • Is concluded for a fixed term of 12 months, with automatic renewal unless terminated by one of the contracting parties,
  • We guarantee priority handling of reported urgent malfunctions; service calls are performed on business days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless both parties agree otherwise,
  • And a service report will be prepared following each service call.

The agreed-upon service price for 12 months includes the above-mentioned services. Replacement parts and labor associated with replacements will be billed separately according to the price list, which will be included in the service contract.

More information about the services mentioned above

While you’ll pay a bit extra for these added services, the end result will be a product that functions LONG-TERM without the need for service interventions (except for essential maintenance). Users—that is, residents and visitors to municipalities, cities, or microregions—will be satisfied. Similarly, visitors to private-sector facilities—such as restaurants, hotels, campgrounds, corporate campuses, and the like—will appreciate these functional products (primarily lighting).

We offer in-person, phone, and email consultations. Please contact either our sales department or a sales representative listed on our website under the “Contact” section.
